We are having discussions with our sponsoring department, Communities and Local Government on establishing a Memorandum of Understanding. I would be very grateful if any of the statutory regulators which are NOT NDPBs and who have a Memorandum in place could let me know and if possible, let me have a copy. As a small public body, we are anxious to ensure that any Memorandum is proportionate Alison |
