Collaborative Forum Membership

You might recall that, just before Christmas, many of your organisations received an invitation letter from BIS to participate in the reformed Gateways to the Professions Collaborative Forum, and specifically to nominate people to work on the various sub-groups.  The requested response date was the 4th January 2010.

The information was re-circulated to all UKIPG members on 5th January, and an attempt made to ensure that the UKIPG member bodies had representation on the Executive Group and on all of the five Sub-Groups.

By the FE&HEWP meeting on the 29th January, we had not received and formal notiification of the outcome.  The UKIPG has now received an apology from BIS for not getting the information to us by then - and we have been sent a copy of the full List of Members.

As BIS have not yet got this on to their own web-site, we have kept it 'behind' the password for the time being.   It is in 'Meetings' then the link to 'FE&HE Working Party'.  Please log-in to the UKIPG web-ite (www.ukipg.org.uk) and see the full set of lists there.
