UKIPG Report of First Meeting of Advisory Panel

On 3rd February 2010, the UKIPG Secretary attended the first meeting of the Advisory Panel to the 'TotalProfessions.com' web portal. There has not yet been any 'official record' of the meeting, nor an accurate attendance list. The meeting was jointly chaired by Andy Friedman of PARN and Duncan Grant of Ashridge. There was a good range of interests represented in the Panel. There was an 'observer' from BIS (a status he took pains to stress). He asked a few sceptical questions about 'value added' and crucially confirmed 'no public money specifically for this work'.
